The Sri Sadashiva Subramaniya Swamy Temple of BC Foundation (Charitable Registration No: 889843074RR0001) is a registered Canadian charity operating a Hindu temple at 8840 Number 5 Road, Richmond, BC, V6Y 2V4. The Site is provided to share information about the temple, its services, events, and to facilitate donations and puja bookings.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Site. You must not:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Canadian federal or provincial laws or regulations.

Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems.

Use the Site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.

Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Site in contravention of these Terms of Use.

Donations made through the Site are processed securely by our payment provider. All donations to the Foundation are eligible for a charitable tax receipt as required by the Canada Revenue Agency. Donation receipts will be issued by email to the address provided at the time of donation.

All donations are final. If you believe an error has occurred with your donation, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction.

Puja booking requests submitted through the Site are subject to availability and confirmation by the temple. Submission of a booking form does not guarantee a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm your booking and provide any additional details.

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and audio or video material — is the property of the Sri Sadashiva Subramaniya Swamy Temple of BC Foundation or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian copyright law.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Information on the Site regarding temple hours, events, and services is provided in good faith and is subject to change without notice. Please contact us to confirm current schedules before visiting.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount of any donation you made through the Site in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. These links do not constitute an endorsement by the Foundation of those sites or their content. We have no control over the content of linked sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
